He co-founded Vallum Capital a boutique investment manager in 2010 and exited in 2022, during this period AUA grew from 0 to 1000 crore. Prior to Vallum he was a part of Mehta Equities Ltd as Director of Research & Institutional Equities. Madhu is a B.E.(Chem.Engg).

A learned professional working in areas of quantamental modeling, multi factor research, portfolio risk management & business development. He earlier handled research at Vallum Capital. He has completed his MSc in Finance (Gold Medalist) and BSc in Finance from NMIMS University.

During his career, he has closely tracked a large number of companies across diverse sectors and market capitalizations. He previously managed funds at Birla Sun Life for four years, overseeing an AUM of approximately ₹2,500 crore.

A new age finance expert with 12+ years of expertise in handling due diligence, valuation, corporate restructuring and forensic audit. He specializes in financial & business consultancy for varied enterprises. Priyesh is a chartered accountant (AIR 48) and also a Financial Risk Manager.
